A note to BEST Scientific Members:

To be reimbursed for hotel nights during the BEST Meeting, we are requiring that you choose accommodations within our designated room blocks. This policy will be in effect until all room blocks are full. Staying within the designated room blocks helps BEST manage expenses and avoid potential financial penalties resulting from unfilled rooms.
