This half-day education meeting jointly hosted by the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) and the BEST Collaborative will include talks delivered by leaders from both organisations. Paired talks with contributions from SNBTS and BEST will then explore research needs and research successes, focusing on the themes of the four BEST research teams.
These will include:
- Integration of patient transfusion and healthcare data in Scotland
- Research needs in donor medicine
- Advanced therapeutics development in SNBTS
- Updates on component development
This symposium will aim to foster an environment of discussion, collaboration and networking. We look forward to seeing you there!
