As we all know, the COVID pandemic situation continues to evolve. We are still hoping to hold our Spring meeting on 28-29 March 2023 in Tokyo, Japan. However, there are significant restrictions and requirements for those arriving from outside of Japan. These are more conservative compared to other countries. We are currently evaluating the possibility of moving the meeting to a location in Europe on 21-22 April 2023, and expect to make this decision by the meeting in Cocoa Beach. We highly recommend that you do not make non-refundable travel arrangements for Japan.
