  • The Call for Applications for the next term Scientific membership is now closed. The submissions are being reviewed with announcements made by September. The next term begins following the meeting in Cocoa Beach. The first meeting of the refreshed membership will be in March 2023.
  • Please be sure to keep your contact information on the website up to date so you can be assured of receiving our email updates.
  • The FIRM deadline to RSVP for the Fall Meeting in Cocoa Beach is September 6th.

The Fall 2022 Meeting is confirmed for Cocoa Beach, Florida 28-29 Sept 2022

Updates:

  • The meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn -Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida, prior to the AABB Annual Meeting in Orlando
  • Cocoa Beach is located on the Space Coast, easily accessible from Orlando
  • The hotel room block is now sold out. We have posted a list of alternate hotels
  • The BEST Dinner will be held at the Kennedy Space Center- we hope to see you all there!

The Spring 2023 Meeting will now be held on 28-29 March in Tokyo, Japan

Important News

  • Dates have been set for the meeting to be held at the Japanese Red Cross Society Headquarters. Note that this is a Tuesday-Wednesday configuration.
  • No room block is being arranged.
  • A half-day education event is being planned for Monday, 27 March 2023. Details will follow at a later date.
